Manager-Helpdesk and RAMP

Primary Responsibility

Accountable for monitoring the day-to-day operations of Maxicare’s Helpdesks to ensure quality operations and meeting requirements at agreed target levels.

Key contributors for planning, organizing, managing, and controlling Customer Care, Helpdesk; helps establish objectives and strategies to ensure Corporate and Departmental business plans and Quality objectives are met.

Organizes value-adding activities; allocates adequate resources that contribute to achieving targeted goals; implements control to manage risks and ensure compliance. Manages direct reports and utilizes metrics to assess their actual performance; institutes specific developmental interventions to bridge performance gaps; and/or implement disciplinary measures based on consequences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviews data, approves or disapproves coverage of out-patient and in-patient availments subject to assigned authority limits
• Sets up and manages the Helpdesk Operations nationwide
• Orients, assigns, coaches, counsels and provides discipline to Team Leads by enforcing adherence to Maxicare’s Policies and Procedures
