What Are Their Job Responsibilities
- The position is responsible for managing the actual sales operations and executing the business strategies by planning, leading, organizing and monitoring the performance of the Key Accounts (Customers) to achieve the goals set by URC.
- It shall ensure the primary objective of maximizing sales and growth of the business partnership of both URC and Customer, by executing the URC Cycle Plans (coverage, availability, merchandising and activation) with Customer while controlling sales trade spend, implementing developmental and demand-generating programs and participate in the entire integrated commercial planning process of URC.
- Further, the position contributes to the diagnosis of the business situation, strategic and tactical planning, sales analysis, program design, program implementation, evaluation, attainment of sales targets and required corrective measures. Working closely with URC internal partners, aligning the business direction of the Customer with counterparts and then maximizing profitable sales volume.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in an FMCG industry.
- Strong work experience in market or territory development, negotiations, communications and people management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Willing to start immediately
