Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with consulting and development teams to estimate & plan resources and requirements.
• Coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of large and small scale implementation projects of varied levels of risk and complexity.
• Manage scope, communication, schedules, and budget
• Provide active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex issues.
• Manage and coordinate communications with the project team which includes external clients/vendors as necessary.
• Negotiate with clients/vendors regarding revisions to the Statement of Work; actively identify additional/expanded tasking and define technical requirements; obtain client sign-off.
• Perform tasks and other special projects assigned by Group Director – Cargo Commercial
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, management or the like
• Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• With at least 3-5year work experience in handling projects in the cargo, logistics industry or similar fields
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Have working experience in managing a team
• Knowledge in ticking and reservations systems (Smart Kargo, GDS, Navitaire, SkySpeed, etc.) will be a strong advantage
• Program management knowledge is a plus.
• Keen with details, well-organized, and can multi-task
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
