Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of assurance and audit engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Review and provide feedback on team outputs prior to delivery to engagement teams or clients.
- Manage workload distribution, resource planning, and capacity within the team.
- Coach and mentor associates and senior associates, providing continuous performance feedback and professional development support.
- Participate in quality, compliance, and governance initiatives to uphold audit standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, contributing to a high-performing and positive work culture.
- Drive continuous improvement through technology, automation, and data-driven insights.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in audit or assurance, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent certification required.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and leading audit teams.
- Strong understanding of IT and financial audit processes, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and audit tools; familiarity with data analytics or digitization tools is an advantage.
