As part of the world's leading luxury goods group LVMH, we are delighted to launch our 2023 Management Trainee Program, with recruitment now underway across South-East Asia & Australia.
At Fendi, we aspire to provide a fast-track career path to pave the way for Future Leaders in the retail industry. With the inspiration to capture talents, we have tailored the program and created an opportunity targeted at recent university graduates who are driven and ambitious with their career development.
Weaving together a 24-month Program to integrate young talents in an accelerated learning environment to develop and deepen their Team and Retail Management skills through on-the-job training, projects, personalized mentoring as well as constant exposure and engagement with our management team.
The timeline of the program across Stores and Offices will ensure our Trainees are equipped to be all-rounded in retail operations, business development strategies, project management, and team management skillset to prepare for a leadership role.
24-month Program Stages:
1st Stage (6 MONTHS ) : STORE OPERATIONS AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE in the store
2nd Stage (6 MONTHS ) : OFFICE FUNCTIONAL EXPOSURE
3rd Stage (12 MONTHS) : LEADERSHIP SKILL DEVELOPMENT in the store
ABOUT YOU
Successful candidates will have:
- Less than two years of full-time working experience
- Preferably recent graduates with at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- A passion for providing exceptional service to our clients
- Passion for the Brand with a keen interest to build a career in Luxury Retail
- Enjoy working with people with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Accountable and self-motivated with confidence
- Be fluent in English with secondary language skills desirable
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Be adaptable and willing to learn
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Have an excellent personal presentation
