Management Trainee

LEAP is a 24-month accelerated development program designed to shape the next generation of leaders within Nestlé Integrated Business Services. Tailored for agile, resilient, and high-potential young professionals, LEAP offers immersive, hands-on experience through rotational assignments across key business areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Marketing. Gain exposure to core shared services functions building a strong, holistic understanding of NBS operations. With mentorship, leadership development, and real-world challenges, LEAP equips participants with the skills and insights needed to thrive in a global business environment and grow a long-term career within the Nestlé Group.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any Business-related course
• Less than 2 years of work experience
• Demonstrated leadership potential and initiative
• Strong learning agility, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
