The Role
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant (CPA preferred) to join our Finance team. This is a high-impact role designed for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on connecting numbers with business strategy. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver financial insights that support data-driven decisions across markets.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant (CPA preferred) to join our Finance team. This is a high-impact role designed for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on connecting numbers with business strategy. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver financial insights that support data-driven decisions across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning: Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts, analyzing performance, risks, and opportunities to drive strategic decisions.
- Sales & Margin Analysis: Monitor sales trends, customer profitability, product mix, and gross margins to provide actionable insights that improve revenue quality and margin performance.
- Inventory Management & S&OP: Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings, review demand plans, and track inventory performance to maintain optimal stock levels, mitigate obsolescence, and support demand planning.
- Commercial Business Partnering: Work closely with commercial teams on pricing reviews, key account planning, and market expansion, ensuring strategies are financially viable.
- Reporting & KPI Management: Deliver accurate management reports and dashboards using SAP and BI tools, providing commentary and insights to stakeholders.
- Ad Hoc Support: Conduct financial viability reviews for new product launches, promotions, and proposals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certification: CPA (required); CMA an advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing finance and management accounting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and financial systems.
- Special Expertise: Knowledge and hands-on experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Demand Planning is essential.
