Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or any 4-year course
- With 3-5 years’ experience as security supervisor
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Can work with less supervision
- With experience working in a retail/mall industry is an advantage but not required
- With proven participation in first aid training
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Implement security policies, protocols and procedures including customer service
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the mall, facilitating a good and safe environment for customers, and keep up to the highest quality standards
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all important and municipal emergencies such as POLICE, BFP, ERUF / REDCROSS.
- Handle all conflicts and dispute situations amongst tenants, customers, mall visitors with the help of HR Department in a smooth manner avoiding any disruption to mall operations.
- Facilitates orientation and conduction of house rules and regulations to the new security guards
- Maintain Proper Sanitation of the Building
- Conducts daily roving inspection of the entire area of the mall and ensures cleanliness, security, and safety as well as good customer service, assures familiarization with all the tenants, and familiarizes events in the mall to be self – prepared for any query.
- Supervise security guards and attend meetings/briefings with other department heads
- Performs other tasks as required by the department that are deemed necessary for the welfare of the business.
