JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manages the activities of two (2) or more subordinates under Staff and Worker Level.
  • Makes work plan for operational procedures and activities of subordinate/s in designated area.
  • Manages the performance and competencies of the subordinates in assigned Section/Group.
  • Conducts standard time gathering, updating and verify results to be the basis of production planning, process costing and identification of line capacity.
  • Monitors and checks Line Efficiency monitoring results in the production line.
  • Assist immediate head in overseeing the day-to-day operations in PE Section ensuring conformity to the regulations/guidelines/standard operating procedures to meet the Group’s objectives / target.
  • Gathers and plan the periodic preventive maintenance of all registered machine or equipment in the assigned or designated Factory.
  • Performs registration of the newly acquired machine or equipment.
  • Provides equipment manual for all registered machine or equipment as part of machine validation.
  • Makes project proposal for the continuous improvement of company’s facilities and infrastructure.
  • Performs improvement related to enhancement of Quality, Cost and Delivery.
  • Conducts training among workers and technician related to the functions & procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree of any Engineering course; a license Engineer is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP (Project Management Professional), or specific industry-related certifications can be advantageous.
  • Working knowledge on Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485)
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess good technical skills in a manufacturing company
  • Must possess good organizational, time management skills and leadership skill with the ability to delegate, organize and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company
