Maintenance/Office Staff
Work Set up: Onsite | Angeles, Clark, and Makati Metro Manila
Work Shift: Monday to Saturday PHT | 7:30AM - 7:30PM PHT
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance/All-Around Office Staff to ensure the smooth running of our office facilities. The ideal candidate will handle various maintenance tasks, manage repairs, and assist with general office upkeep.
- Office Maintenance and Cleaning:
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of leased office units at the CSC Building.
- Ensure that office spaces are well-maintained and hygienic.
- Ensures that office spaces are conducive for working.
- Conduct regular inspections of office facilities to identify maintenance needs and report issues to the management for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, such as HVAC servicing, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Food Delivery Management:
- Organize and manage daily food delivery for staff, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries at the CSC building office units.
- Maintain a record of food orders and payments, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Petty Cash and Cash Advance:
- Manage the petty cash fund, including issuing cash advances and ensuring proper documentation for all transactions.
- Reconcile petty cash expenses with receipts and prepare reports for the onsite supervisor.
- Inventory, Stock and Supplies Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies, pantry items, and other consumables.
- Report and place orders to replenish stocks as needed, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain an organized storage area and implement inventory control measures.
- Errand Running including, but not limited to:
- Purchase office supplies, snacks, beverages, and other items as requested.
- Deliver birthday and anniversary cakes or treats to staff members, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle the delivery and receipt of important documents to and from retainers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with local suppliers for various needs.
- Paying utility bills such as electricity, internet.
- Bank Errands:
- Conduct bank-related errands, such as deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions as required.
- Delivery and receipt of bank documents
- Additional Duties:
- Assist in setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and event spaces, including arranging furniture and setting up audiovisual equipment.
- Assist in setting up and preparing for events such as but not limited to job fairs, company anniversaries, etc.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and managing office communication channels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Lives within Pampanga
*Has a Driver's License
*With motorcycle
*Knows the roads and places of Angeles City
*HS Grad or College Undergrad will do so long as willing to be trained and willing to work
