Your Role

As a Customer Service Representive/ Maintenance Assistant (Intermediate), you will:

• Process work orders in MaintainX, ensure work orders have a necessary information & assign accordingly
• Report on outstanding work orders, status & completion timeline
• Follow up overdue work orders with vendors
• Saving of completion reports and certificates in work orders and SharePoint
• Follow up outstanding reports with vendors updated due dates on MaintainX
• Process corrective actions in MaintainX
• Follow up on outstanding checklists with MaintainX users
• Coding of invoices
• Adding invoices and cost to work orders
• Cover after hour calls if required
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Experience in customer service / any customer facing role. -REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
• Knowledge in any Ticketing System/ Order Management CRM.
• Previous experience in coordinating maintenance activities or leading a maintenance team is preferred.
• Experience in processing invoices. -REQUIRED.
