As a Customer Service Representive/ Maintenance Assistant (Intermediate), you will:
- Process work orders in MaintainX, ensure work orders have a necessary information & assign accordingly
- Report on outstanding work orders, status & completion timeline
- Follow up overdue work orders with vendors
- Saving of completion reports and certificates in work orders and SharePoint
- Follow up outstanding reports with vendors updated due dates on MaintainX
- Process corrective actions in MaintainX
- Follow up on outstanding checklists with MaintainX users
- Coding of invoices
- Adding invoices and cost to work orders
- Cover after hour calls if required
Non-negotiables
- Experience in customer service / any customer facing role. -REQUIRED.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
- Knowledge in any Ticketing System/ Order Management CRM.
- Previous experience in coordinating maintenance activities or leading a maintenance team is preferred.
- Experience in processing invoices. -REQUIRED.
- Having an Excellent Communication Skills is always a big plus.
