- Machine Shop Foreman
- Location: EDSA Muoz, Quezon City
- Bachelors Degree Graduate in Engineering
- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Knowledgeable in Drafting
- Highly dynamic
- Metric-driven
- Experience in close tolerance manufacturing environment with responsibilities in machine operation and programming
- Supervise machinists daily work
- Check and evaluate accomplishment reports of machinists
- Monitor mould development schedules
- Check and evaluate fabricated moulds
- Plan, schedule, and implement rules and regulations
- Perform duties that may be assigned
- Participate in the creation of the daily machine schedule, providing feedback on feasibility, flow, and operator capacity
- Ensure all machines are running in accordance with the daily published schedule and objectives
- Actively mentor and participate in the training of machinists, including goal setting, reviews, and completion of annual performance evaluations
- Set up machines, adjust settings, perform calibration, and conduct maintenance
