Logistics, Planning & Operations Analyst (Inventory and Planning Support)

What You´ll Do

• Responsible for reviewing, reconciling, and approving invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Handles discrepancies, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and maintains accurate records for audits and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and global counterparts to maintain smooth operations and compliance
• Support supply chain-related projects, evaluate improvement opportunities, and contribute to operational excellence
• Ensure ISO documents and desktop procedures are up-to-date
• Handle other related tasks/duties that may be assigned by superior
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Business /IT or Management-related courses
• Preferably with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) is required
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in using Excel VBA; Power Query and SAP Scripting is a plus
• Must be proactive, analytical and possess strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, with strong attention to detail
• Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
