In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistical needs of Scommerce inventory movement, ensuring efficient transfers, pickups, and returns. You will play a key role in optimizing our logistics partnerships and planning for future capacity to support the growth of our fulfillment network.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Scommerce Logistics Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistical needs of Scommerce inventory movement, ensuring efficient transfers, pickups, and returns. You will play a key role in optimizing our logistics partnerships and planning for future capacity to support the growth of our fulfillment network.
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate all logistical requirements for Scommerce inventory movement, including warehouse-to-warehouse (WH-to-WH) transfers, pickups from sellers, and returns to sellers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PLs, managing the partnership to ensure efficient fulfillment of all logistics needs.
- Oversee commercial terms and establish effective ways of working with 3PLs and Scommerce to optimize service delivery.
- Forecast future logistical requirements based on business growth and operational plans.
- Plan and manage logistics capacity to ensure sufficient resources are available for all inventory movements.
- Collaborate closely with various business units to facilitate and manage seller pickup requests, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- Manages 3PL performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics planning, inventory movement, or supply chain coordination, preferably within an e-commerce or fulfillment environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret logistical data and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and forecasting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A systems thinker, with the ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in daily tasks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
