- Contract consolidation for next-day and future-dated installation and delivery, SOAs and other documents required for the tasks.
- Monitoring of service and delivery completion by dispatched technicians.
- Preparation and compilation of the technicians daily installation route manifest. Assuring data completion for each missed or successful delivery.
- Inventory movement from all warehouse locations and SKUs is tracked.
- Troubleshooting logistics issues, ensuring that each affected party is informed and a compromise is reached.
- Daily completion and submission of the service and installation report by timely updates on the CRM.
- Source and purchase operations-related equipment, materials and services.
- Liaise with various departments on issues that may affect the completion of the technicians installation and delivery tasks, in all aspects that are outside of the scope of the operations. Data logging of collected data from each technician to be submitted to the Business Operation Team Lead.
- Maintenance and upkeep of service vehicles, ensuring that each vehicle follows scheduled preventive maintenance procedures.
- Logistics expenses will be liquidated and submitted to the Business Operations Team Lead for approval.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Operations Team Lead to ensure that all customer concerns are addressed.
- Assistance in upkeeping of inventory and making sure that each item is tagged correctly based on status.
- Assist with PDI of units that will be delivered and installed.
