As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Track and Trace: Monitor shipments in real-time to ensure timely deliveries, identify potential delays, and provide proactive updates to clients.
- Communication & Customer Service: Conduct regular check-ins with drivers, carriers, stakeholders and customers to confirm shipment status and promptly address any issues.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.
- Escalation Management: Identify critical issues and escalate to on-call leadership or technical teams as required, following proper protocols.
- Documentation: Accurately maintain and update shipment records, including status updates and incident logs, in the system.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed end-of-shift reports, highlighting critical incidents and updates.
- Compliance & Standards: Follow all company SOPs, client SLAs, and international logistics regulations.

- Education: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service and US logistics operations is required.
- Language: Very good English skills. C1 or higher is preferred.
- Schedule: Saturday - Sunday, 3:00 pm to 1:00 am CST or Sunday to Monday, 5:00 am to 3:00 pm Philippine Time (PHT). Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.
