Logistics Coordinator - Manila

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Track and Trace: Monitor shipments in real-time to ensure timely deliveries, identify potential delays, and provide proactive updates to clients.
• Communication: Conduct regular check-ins with drivers, carriers, and stakeholders to confirm shipment status and promptly address any issues.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational challenges during the night shift and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.
• Documentation: Accurately maintain and update shipment records, including status updates and incident logs, in the system.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed end-of-shift reports for the day team, highlighting critical incidents and updates.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in customer service and US logistics operations is required.
• Technical Experience: At least 6 months of experience in using Transportation Management Systems used in the US.
• Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
  
  

Perks:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm Pacific Standard Time or Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 am to 2:00 pm Philippine Time. Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.
