What You'll Be Doing
Are you passionate about video editing and viral content? At TalentPop App, we’re looking for a Short-Form Video Assistant who thrives in the fast-moving world of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is your chance to help our eCommerce clients connect with their audiences through powerful, scroll-stopping videos—right from home.
What You'll Be Doing
- Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms using raw client footage and brand assets.
- Collaborate with our creative and growth teams to bring concepts and hooks to life that align with brand messaging and goals.
- Source trending audio, captions, effects, and formats to keep content relevant and platform-optimized.
- Repurpose long-form content (like podcasts, webinars, or YouTube videos) into bite-sized, high-impact clips.
- Maintain an organized system for file storage, version control, and content delivery timelines.
- Analyze performance of video content and apply feedback to improve future edits.
- Stay updated on short-form content trends, platform algorithm changes, and creative best practices.
- At least 1 year of experience editing short-form video content for digital platforms.
- A portfolio or reel that showcases your creativity, pacing, and eye for viral trends.
- Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
- Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle feedback with a growth mindset.
- Bonus points for experience in eCommerce, UGC-style editing, or direct-response marketing.
- Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps, for both download and upload speeds).
- Backup internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
