Logistics Coordinator - Manila

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Track and Trace: Monitor shipments in real-time to ensure timely deliveries, identify potential delays, and provide proactive updates to clients.
• Communication & Customer Service: Conduct regular check-ins with drivers, carriers, stakeholders and customers to confirm shipment status and promptly address any issues.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.
• Escalation Management: Identify critical issues and escalate to on-call leadership or technical teams as required, following proper protocols.
• Documentation: Accurately maintain and update shipment records, including status updates and incident logs, in the system.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed end-of-shift reports, highlighting critical incidents and updates.
• Compliance & Standards: Follow all company SOPs, client SLAs, and international logistics regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
• Experience: At least 1.5 years of experience in customer service and US logistics operations is required.
• Language: Very good English skills. C1 or higher is preferred.
  
  

Perks:

• Schedule: (Thursday, Friday, Monday - 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM CST) & (Saturday and Sunday - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST). Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.
