As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

  • Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
  • Monitor and track shipments in real time, ensuring accurate status updates in our internal systems.
  • Proactively spot potential delays or issues and promptly communicate them to the right contacts.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues, including delays, accessorial charges, and freight claims.
  • Handle after-hours inquiries from carriers, drivers, and customers with professionalism and urgency.
  • Keep detailed records of all after-hours communications and incidents for a seamless handover to the daytime team.
  • Escalate critical situations following established protocols.
  • Collaborate with the incoming team during a 30-minute transition period to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Handle order entry, data management, and maintain up-to-date information in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Prepare and send Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, and other required shipping documents.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service and US logistics operations is required.
  • Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: TMS or shipment tracking tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.), and Google Workspace
  • Internet Requirements: Stable and reliable internet connection, and a suitable remote work environment.

Perks:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm Pacific Standard Time (equivalent to Tuesday to Saturday, 5:30 am to 2:30 pm Philippine Time). Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Location: Remote
  • Salary: USD 750
