As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and dispatch teams to provide accurate load updates.
- Handle order entry, data management, and maintain up-to-date information in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Prepare and send Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, and other required shipping documents.
- Communicate with customers regarding load status, delays, and service updates.
- Support carrier procurement efforts and manage capacity assignments as needed.
- Assist in resolving operational issues, including delays, accessorial charges, and freight claims.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.

- Education: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service and US logistics operations is required.
- Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: TMS or shipment tracking tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.), and Google Workspace
- Schedule: Open to shifting work schedules or graveyard shift. Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.
