Job Description
1. Prepares truck tray allocation to maximize utilization of trucks and for reference during loading of breads.
2. Coordinate and schedule inter-plant &/or inter-warehouse transfer of bread and trade items
3. Prepares and processes Trip Tickets.
4. Monitors and ensures truckers' punctuality regarding target arrival and departure time at the plant, feeding station, and store outlets.
5. Provide timely updates on delivery concerns to the Sales team.
6. Prepares and issues a Late Arrival Penalty to truckers.
7. Ensures timely and accurate submission of necessary documents & reports to FRS on agreed submission time and follow up unremitted documents if there are any.
8. Conduct evaluation and assessment of Trucker's performance based on standards.
9. Conducts random loading audit based on established loading audit schedule.
10. Monitors truckers' billing submission and payment.
11. Participates in conducting training and orientation for new and existing truckers.
12. Coordinates and facilitates inter-plant and/or inter-entities transfer of finished goods.
13. Coordinates with Laguna Logistics and Purchasing for booking/rental of backup trucks when necessary.
14. Prepares regular reports based on established frequency and submission time:
15. Prepares and maintains the ISO & HACCP records for the distribution section.
16. Monitors and ensures commercial vehicle/truck availability based on Sales requirements.
17. Coordinates and facilitates with Fleet Section and accredited repair shops the following: PMS schedule, trucks for repair and maintenance, and trucks for transfer or deployment.
18. Facilitates and evaluates requests for necessary demand and corrective repair activities of commercial vehicles.
19. Monitors Repair Shop's billing submission and payment.
20. Assists in sourcing & accreditation of needed or additional truck repair shops if and when necessary.

Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Industrial Engineering or related field.
- With 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, or related functions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Knowledgeable in ISO standards and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.
