Logistics Coordinator for Awesome CX by Transcom - Davao

Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as Social Media Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator works closely with suppliers, transportation providers, warehouses, and internal teams to manage orders, inventory, and shipping schedules.

Responsibilities

• Daily management all customer service inquiries including answering questions and making necessary changes in customer accounts
• Responding to incoming customer reviews.
• Flagging any issues to the appropriate team member to ensure timely resolution
• Overseeing the fulfillment through our fulfillment partner ensuring all orders are shipped within the given SLA
• Weekly check up on shipping costs reviewed in our fulfillment dashboard ensuring the costs are consistent with the quantity of units
• Reaching out to the fulfillment center for any reimbursements or credits required for shipping issues
• Flagging any urgent issues to the appropriate team member
• Monthly reconciliation of our inventory at the fulfillment center – cross checking with Shopify and what has been sent to Amazon and our distributor, requires data filtering and exporting from Shopify
• Coordinating inbound shipments to our fulfillment center from our various manufacturers Distributor (Weekly)
• Managing incoming distributor orders through SPS commerce and transferring them to our fulfillment center, then invoicing once shipments have been made and tracking accordingly
• Sending emails to our freight partner with the details for the shipment and getting a quote for shipping to our distributor
• Daily overseeing reviews and ensuring negative reviews are responded to in a timely manner
• Reviewing inventory levels and coordinating shipments from our fulfillment center to Amazon
• Coordinating and tracking gifting shipments to creators
• Supporting TikTok Shop affiliate program by sourcing affiliates, reaching out to affiliates by email and coordinating partnerships
• Sourcing general affiliates for paid collaborations on TikTok and Instagram.
• Tracking influencer posts and content in relevant documents

• Must be comfortable drafting emails in a professional manner without oversight
• Must be proficient in google sheets including filtering through data
• Must have baseline skills in assessing data including pricing
• Must be active on social media platforms, ideally TikTok
• Ideal candidate is interested in health and wellness
