Key Responsibilities:
- Update master sheets and SAI sheets with accurate information.
- Monitor and update order statuses in real-time.
- Maintain records of available vs. shipped items.
- Book shipments and coordinate with couriers (e.g., ShipIt, Ecomove).
- Track and report shipment statuses.
- Manage supplies for the office and partners, including order processing and inventory management.
- Monitor tasks for partner sewers and ensure timely reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Available and responsive online during work hours.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to consult and decide on simple issues independently.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or similar fields is preferred.
