Your Role
As a Logistic Technician, you will:
- Handle transport of RMAs, ensuring fluid communication between carriers and customer service.
- Collect all useful information, pictures, and documentation to build a case.
- Verify invoices and claims.
Non-negotiables
- Understand inland transportation and be fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Work with office suites (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Know how to use an ERP system.
- Managed return processes in land transport.
- Handled claims and customer service.
- Understood Canadian and US customs.
- Preferably had an experience with Canadian/US customs.
- Worked with ERP and TMS systems.
