As an LSM Manager, you'll be responsible of the following:

- Develop and execute localized marketing plans that align with the brands national strategy and store-level goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and increased foot traffic in each store's surrounding community.
- Plot marketing strategy to increase sales in terms of average check and transaction count.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations.
- Coordinate and participate in local events, sponsorships, and partnerships to promote brand visibility.
- Serve as the face of the brand at community events and store openings.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns tailored to the needs of individual stores based on location, seasonality, and performance.
- Ensure proper in-store execution of marketing materials and promotions.
- Track campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with Operations Department to gather insights, understand customer behavior, and ensure alignment on marketing efforts.
- Provide marketing training and guidance to store teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Deparment to localize digital content and highlight store-specific activities or events.
- Support store-level initiatives through geo-targeted social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content.
- Conduct regular audits of local competitors and stay updated on market trends.
- Identify local customer preferences and behaviors to guide marketing efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for local campaigns including foot traffic, sales uplift, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing leadership team.
- Manage local marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum impact and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Source and coordinate vendors for marketing materials and events within budget.
- Ensure all local marketing efforts maintain brand consistency and follow corporate marketing guidelines.
- Review and approve store-level marketing materials.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
