  • Assist in handling the full purchasing cycle from sourcing suppliers to processing payments
  • Prepare and maintain administrative reports, including expense tracking and weekly updates
  • Coordinate messenger schedules, manage petty cash for transportation, and prepare related billing
  • Monitor and process rental and utility payments
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage vendor relationships
  • Receive, screen, and distribute incoming documents and assist with courier services
  • Performs such other and job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year related work experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Can handle working on different tasks with minimum supervision
