Job Summary:
The Listing/Seller Verification Specialist is a key role responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of listings submitted by prospective sellers for publication on the platform. The role involves processing listing intakes, analyzing business data, and validating sensitive information related to accounting, revenue, and overall business health.

The Listing/Seller Verification Specialist is a key role responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of listings submitted by prospective sellers for publication on the platform. The role involves processing listing intakes, analyzing business data, and validating sensitive information related to accounting, revenue, and overall business health.
Responsibilities
- Listing Management:
- Review and process listing intakes from prospective sellers.
- Ensure all listings meet platform standards and compliance requirements before publication.
- Data Validation:
- Verify and analyze submitted financial data, including revenue figures and general business performance metrics.
- Cross-check information for accuracy and flag discrepancies when necessary.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with prospective sellers via email to clarify and validate submitted details.
- Utilize the Odoo CRM system for all communications and records management.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Meet and exceed the initial KPI of creating 50 verified listings per month.
- Provide regular updates and reports on verification progress to the management team.
- Experience:
- Listing and verification experience
- Familiarity with B2B business brokerage or online marketplaces (experience in the UAE market is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, especially Odoo.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Work setup preferred: In-office (Ortigas)
- Working Hours: Abu Dhabi Timezone, Monday to Friday
