A love for wine, a knack for storytelling, and a flair for client engagement are essential. Key Responsibilities
Learn and enhance wine knowledge through regular tastings and trainings.
Assist customers with wine selection, purchases, and after-sales care.
Deliver personalized client service that reflects the luxury wine experience.
Act as an ambassador of the brand, helping build a loyal customer base.
Support store operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and inventory.
Participate in wine academy sessions as a student and/or wine assistant.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Ensure proper upkeep and readiness of the store and all its equipment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, well-presented, and comfortable engaging high-profile clients
Passion for wine and willingness to continuously learn
Knowledge of major wine-producing regions is an advantage
Experience In Sales Or F&B/luxury Retail Is Preferred
Business-minded, with attention to detail and a drive for results
Tech-savvy and comfortable using common business software
