Responsibilities

Does your ability to see around corners and plan ahead make you the envy of your friend group? We want you to join our team!

We are looking for members that can serve our members; you will be an integral part of our mission. You will be serving a broad range of personal tasks and working closely with the copilot and operations team to accomplish tasks on behalf of our members.

Tasks can span from organize information on a Google Sheet that we display to members; calling doctor offices, comer service reps, hotels, salons, etc. to gather information regarding to availability and pricing; creating and sending google calendar invites; finding gifts from our vendor approved sites and organizing the information to present to members. For now, the agent will not be communicating directly with our members; but will be communicating with other vendors and businesses for information collection.

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Highly organized, detailed oriented and tech-savvy.
• Has great time-management skills and is very conversational.
• High deductive reasoning skills and proactive problem solver.
• Smart, strategic thinker and a tactical executer.
• Is "in-the-know" of great spots and enjoys being creative.

• Empathizes with the program's mission of empowering working parents and democratizing access to personal assistants.
• Must be willing to go through pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule - availability for evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  
  

Technical Skills & ISP Requirements

• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Superior web navigation and computer skills.
• Experience in using G- Suite, Zendesk will serve as an advantage.
  
  

Experience, Education, Age

• Candidates should possess at least 2 years of Call Center experience, with a preference for those who have handled Travel & Hospitality and Software & Technology services. Additionally, experience in other verticals such as customer service, personal or professional assistant services, or event planning is advantageous.
• Applicants must have at least 1 year of Executive Assistant experience catering to English-speaking clients or 1 year of Virtual Assistant (VA) experience in Executive Assistant or C-Level Assistance. Other VA experiences can also be considered.
• Omni-channel call center experience is a valuable asset.
• A strong interest in high-end lifestyle, along with enthusiasm for posh living and fashion, is an added advantage.
• Educational qualifications include at least 2 years in college in any course, or being a Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Candidates must be of legal employment age, at least 18 years old.
