Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Marketing
- With at least 3 years of work experience in terms of Asset Sales and Leasing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible, organized, and has the ability to do multi-tasking.
- Proficient in using a computer, MS Office, and Google Earth Pro.
- Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision. Has high sense of urgency and can deliver in accordance with the given timeframe.
- Can handle inquiries, ads, getting sales, and leasing prospects.
- Government Mandated: SSS/HDMF/PHIC
- 15VL and 15 SL per annum. 6SL after six (6) months of continuous employment
- Life insurance upon hiring
- HMO upon regularization
