Job Description:
To provide administrative support in the management of the department’s processing of documents for signing, clearances, and promotion.
Job Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of experience related to Business Management or Administration or fresh graduate
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration or any related field
- Basic knowledge in MS Offices, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Willing to work in Pasay
Roles and Responsibilities:
SIGNING
• Prepare necessary documents/ lease contract for timely transmittal to tenants for signing.
• Coordinate with tenant on signing of lease contract while maintaining good customer relationship.
• Update TCMS/ System for lease contract status.
• Assist in all admin task i.e scanning, filing and uploading of lease contract.
CLEARANCE
• Review and validate submitted document by mall lease admin and mall operations for processing of clearance.
• Prepare Quick claim for regular tenants with confirmed refundable security deposit.
PROMOTION
• Review submitted promo/VIP request by tenant and prepare approval letter as per policy.
• Preparation of the reply letter is within SLA
