What You’ll Be Doing

Do you have a passion for digital and social media marketing? Do you love to think outside the box about new strategies? In this role, you’ll work with the Talent Acquisition Marketing Team in generating leads and applications to proactively meet hiring needs. Your strategic way of thinking will aid in content planning, production, manage sourcing budget, performance analysis and distribution. You’ll contribute to the day- to- day recruitment marketing activities and overall success through analyzing marketing strategies, market research, and content submissions with both digital and offline partnerships.

You'll report to SENIOR MANAGER, TA MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS. You’ll contribute to the success of the employee experience as well as the overall success of the team.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Bring your passion and creativity to strategically create internal and external innovative ad campaigns and content plans specific to client recruiting goals while partnering with creative resources
  • Establish goals to meet deadlines, approve creative concepts and oversee partner relations while creating content processes to support corporate teams, referral programs and traditional marketing efforts
  • Lead by example, coach and mentor peers
  • Analyze the efficiency of content types based on evaluation of key performance indicators for our online and social media strategies both paid and organic


What You Bring To The Role

  • Strong background in digital copywriting
  • Knowledgeable in search engine optimization, online paid advertising and social media
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible during the creative process and shift priorities for business needs
