What You'll Do:
- As an Application Analyst, you will work on the technical implementation, support, and customization of HR Learning solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency. Your role will be deeply technical, requiring:
- Configuration, development, and maintenance of HR IT systems within a structured IT architecture.
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and other Learning-related IS applications.
- System troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical upgrades to enhance application functionality.
- Close collaboration with IT specialists globally to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and security of HR solutions.
- Support for global users, handling technical incidents and ensuring system reliability through structured IT support processes.
- Experienced IT specialist (3-5 years), preferably in HR IT consulting within a global enterprise.
- Strong background in IS architecture, database management, and enterprise HR solutions.
- Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its technical configuration.
- Proven experience in technical system development, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze, refine, and optimize HR IT systems to meet business needs while maintaining IT integrity.
- A technically challenging IT role in a global company.
