Job Overview
The Global Head of 2X University sits at the intersection of two critical imperatives: enabling us to deliver on our talent strategy of creating life-changing opportunities and lifetime earning potential, and building a scalable workforce that meets operational demands and drives business outcomes.
This role is both strategic and hands-on—responsible for building the learning infrastructure that powers lifelong growth for our team members while enabling the business to scale. By solving for talent supply through development—not just hiring—this leader will help 2X grow and mobilize a workforce of 10,000+ team members globally. Success in this role requires the ability to partner closely with the business to anticipate the capabilities our teams will need in the future, and to build systems today that proactively close those gaps. From co-developing curriculum with Practice Leaders, to launching global training programs, to embedding development into every stage of the employee journey, this role is key to ensuring that 2X consistently delivers excellence to clients while creating exceptional, career-defining opportunities for our people.

- Build and lead the vision for 2X University as a strategic lever for scalable talent development and organizational growth.
- Design learning systems that drive consistent delivery quality while enabling rapid scale across functions and geographies.
- Anchor learning to our belief that team member development is central to both client outcomes and employee retention.
- Build for scale—developing blended learning models that accelerate growth without sacrificing quality.
Execution & Scale
- Operate as a hands-on builder in the early phase—personally driving program development, rollout, and iteration.
- Establish a roadmap to scale the University function over time, including offshore instructional design and learning operations support.
- Coach internal leaders to act as effective facilitators, mentors, and learning champions across the organization.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality learning experiences through strong program management, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
- Design and lead company-wide learning programs that reinforce core capabilities, values, and business objectives.
- Envision and design a 2X certification program that enables employees to document proficiency in 2X-required skillsets.
- Oversee other 3rd party technical certification and learning programs throughout the firm, ensuring centralized tracking and alignment with the 2X’s talent strategy and employer value proposition.
- Build and implement manager and leadership development tracks to deepen people management and executive readiness.
- Integrate learning with performance management, career progression, and competency models to reinforce development pathways.
- Embed learning into key lifecycle moments—onboarding, promotions, new role transitions—to enable seamless capability ramp-up.
- Foster knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and peer-led learning across functions and regions.
- Monitor and optimize program impact through engagement, outcomes, and readiness metrics.
- 10+ years in Learning & Development, Enablement, or Talent Development, ideally in a high-growth, services-led environment.
- Proven success building scalable learning infrastructure across geographies and business functions.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing disciplines and the evolving capability landscape (RevOps, Paid Media, Content, etc.).
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to design and deploy programs that accelerate talent readiness and performance.
- Hands-on expertise with learning platforms (LMS, LXP) and learning operations.
- Track record of scaling L&D functions from early build to mature, high-impact systems.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing big-picture thinking with tactical execution.
