Learning Business Partner – Digital & Transferable Skills

Main Purpose of Job

Responsible for the roll-out of all learning solutions related to Digital, AI, and Transferable Skills Development in the zone. Responsible for the delivery of Digital, AI, Transferable Skills, and functional capability-building solutions portfolio addressed to the zone (such as, but not limited to, digital capability building, AI for everyday use, transferable skills, and functional digital skills where applicable) for the purpose of development.

Also responsible for the management and implementation of the Vision and Strategy across the zone — serving as a business performance accelerator and an enabler of the leadership transformation of our company through Digital and AI solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contribute to the definition of organizational, team, and individual transferable skills, Digital, and AI needs within the zone, interfacing Markets and Corporate functions in the building of the related Leadership and cultural/mindset roll-out plans.
  • Oversee bottoms-up Training Needs Consolidation: training needs survey creation, analysis, and results connection with digital, leadership, and transferable skills for the markets in the zone. Provide guidance for leveraging existing Learning Infrastructure to cover those Training Needs. Act as first level for Learning Insights review, benchmarks, and identify areas of learning/development gaps for targeted personas.
  • Lead the digitalization of learning across the region, ensuring that learning content and experiences are accessible, scalable, and aligned with modern digital learning practices.
  • Drive the development and deployment of AI-powered learning agents to support learners and people managers, enabling personalized, on-demand access to learning resources and support.
  • Directly organize and deliver at zone level the identified set of development solutions/interventions. Also, directly deliver or support the delivery of the identified set of digital skills, transferable skills, and team effectiveness solutions.
  • Support the NiM (Nestlé in Market) organization for the co-delivery of the catalogue; also provide local/market ad hoc support for the implementation of non-shareable interventions.
  • Support global design based on best practices and business needs, and customize digital assessment and learning solutions to meet specific local nuances of the markets in the zone.
  • Provide TTT sessions and certification to build market capabilities and ensure the right standard of delivery at local level.
  • In cooperation with the Learning Experience Designer, ensure 5Di steps for new Learning solutions (content, pedagogy, facilitation methodologies).
  • Build capabilities within the markets, helping NiM Talent Managers/SMEs integrate the outcomes to customized development and high-quality interventions.
  • In cooperation with the Learning Experience Designer, translate new Development Needs into a pipeline for new learning solutions to be included in the Learning Strategy for the zone. Work together with the Learning Experience Designer to define Architecture for those solutions and their deployment strategy.
  • Evaluate existing curricula for target audience penetration, effectiveness, impact on business goals and objectives. Present insights to Function for alignment on improvement actions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with markets and Region/Zone to achieve trusted advisor status, serving as the primary interface between the markets and Learning Delivery team:
  • Learning Experience Designer – align on strategy for Learning Effectiveness evaluation and benchmark solutions to industry best practices.
  • Development Team (Digital Content Creators and agencies) – oversee the solution-building process.
  • Deployment Team (Learning Coordinators and Trainers) – monitor learning solution deployment and target audience reach.
  • Learning Analytics Team – monitor Learning insights and Development Solution impact and its connection to business results.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in conceptualizing and driving capability building for digital and AI solutions (e.g., Co-pilot, AI coaching tools, AI video generation, analytics tools) with demonstrable outcomes.
  • Experience utilizing AI platforms to enhance L&D initiatives, ensuring ease of access to relevant learning content for learners.
  • Experience implementing AI agents to support people managers in daily tasks (e.g., meeting preparations, task organization, reminders, coaching).
  • Minimum of 5 years managing complex learning programs with a focus on measurable impact.
  • Expertise in creating engaging and memorable learning experiences, leveraging contemporary employee development models and technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of and proven success in applying adult learning theory in fast-paced environments, with measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with various assessment methodologies and external certifications; experience in evaluating learning effectiveness is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in facilitating training programs. Proven ability to design and deliver workshops and learning sessions.
  • External certifications in coaching and/or recognized coaching experience is advantageous.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in leading or supporting change management initiatives related to learning and development.
  • Experience in creating inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and a growth mindset in the context of digital and AI advancements.
