Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional leader who can lead and effectively promote our service to the existing

Responsibilities
- Understand the business needs and objectives
- Evaluate the supplier’s sales trend as the basis for prioritizing the brands that are worth selling
- Manages, organizes, and drives the successful completion of team projects.
- Collaborate with clients to determine the goals of team projects and strategize plans to meet
- Oversees agents' workloads and ensures that all assigned tasks are done efficiently and
- Communicate results/suggestions/solutions to any concerns to other departments and
- Develops and implements quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality
- Ensures the accuracy of the data is met and delivered by the agents promptly.
- Anticipates future demands related to people and technology within your department and
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions for productivity and behavioral improvement.
- Conduct regular evaluations and performance reviews, and weekly presentations.
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related course
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills
- Willing to work on graveyard or shift schedule during peak seasons
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a plus
- Willing to work full onsite
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related courses or Statistics
- With advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Must be a team player
- If with experience, must not be a hopper (with less than a year tenure per employment)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- If the candidate is an undergraduate, they must have solid work experience for at least 2 years
- Willing to work on-site at night shift schedule
- Willing to work on weekends and during PH Holidays
- Willing to commit to work and stay with us for 2-3 years
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related courses or Statistics
- With at least 2 years of straight experience aligned to a managerial position
- With advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
