Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery success of technology-based projects/solutions.
  • Monitor and control of the development and enhancement of projects from the organization’s assigned IT pillar.
  • Initiate vendor engagement for the software factory (managed service) projects, which includes but not limited to, vendor selection process, contracting, mobilization, and project delivery.
  • Handle capacity management for resources that are staff augmented. This includes demand fulfillment, allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Work with a high degree of collaboration in planning and forecasting up to 6 months in advance in relation to resourcing, costing and the composition of any simple to complex project, working closely with the Solutions Delivery Manager and IT Pillar Leads, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope and within budget.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in courses related to Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience with managing, executing and delivery of project(s), outsource team, managed service engagement, or similar function.
  • Background in Agile Methodology is a must.
  • Experienced in doing vendor management; liaising with internal clients and vendors for software factory (managed services).
  • Familiarity and/or use of Project Management Tools, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ASANA, JIRA, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • ITILv3 or higher certification is desired.
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
