We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Payroll Project Team. Reporting to the Director of Global Payroll Projects, this role will lead complex global payroll programs and project implementations. The position focuses on driving best practices across international teams to deliver measurable improvements and business results.
Experience managing payroll implementations across India, Philippines, Japan, China, US, Canada, Germany, Romania, or the UK to meet project objectives.

YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Payroll Project Team. Reporting to the Director of Global Payroll Projects, this role will lead complex global payroll programs and project implementations. The position focuses on driving best practices across international teams to deliver measurable improvements and business results.
Experience managing payroll implementations across India, Philippines, Japan, China, US, Canada, Germany, Romania, or the UK to meet project objectives.
What The Role Offers
- Lead and execute global payroll projects and programs, ensuring alignment and engagement from all key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional leads to develop resource plans and secure necessary approvals.
- Create, manage, and report on project plans, status updates, and RACI matrices to achieve time, cost, and scope objectives.
- Define roles, responsibilities, timelines, and communication plans for stakeholders and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and deliver training for successful rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements across multiple countries through effective communication strategies.
- Maintain payroll data integrity throughout the project lifecycle and oversee testing plans.
- Drive measurable, sustainable improvements and track ROI as a standard practice.
- Support additional project-related and operational duties, including payroll vendor management and SOC user access management.
- Prepare annual and quarterly project budgets in coordination with senior leadership. Monitor actual spending versus budgeted figures and present forecast updates.
- Create, review, and process annual purchase orders in accordance with company guidelines. Resolve invoicing and purchase order issues.
- Support divestitures, mergers, and acquisition efforts across all payroll domains.
- ADP GlobalView experience REQUIRED.
- Proven experience in international project management, including hands-on implementation of payroll systems, payroll integrations and payroll platform harmonization an advantage.
- Hands-on leadership in global payroll projects using tools such as ADP Celergo, ADP eTime, Immedis (UKG), and other related vendors preferred.
- Expertise in implementing best practices, including ADP Payroll & SuccessFactors connectors and leveraging AI in payroll processes are helpful.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and innovative ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Currently, hybrid work set-up in RCBC, Makati. At least 3 days in the office weekly. Shift can depend on project to be executed.
