MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The primary responsibility of the Lead Generation Specialist is to generate new leads for the Sprout Lead Development Team. This job requires strong skills in email campaigns, social media campaigns, researching, information, and verification using several available tools including, but not limited to Sales Navigator, Facebook, snov.io, Lusha, and Hubspot. This individual acts as the data mining and verification expert.

Lead Generation Supervisor
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The primary responsibility of the Lead Generation Specialist is to generate new leads for the Sprout Lead Development Team. This job requires strong skills in email campaigns, social media campaigns, researching, information, and verification using several available tools including, but not limited to Sales Navigator, Facebook, snov.io, Lusha, and Hubspot. This individual acts as the data mining and verification expert.
TASKS:
- Generate leads by researching using different websites and tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, Facebook, Google, and more
- Clean prospecting lists from the marketing campaign such as webinars and TL downloadable files
- Build the prospect pipeline using Sprout’s CRM
- Create companies and contacts in Hubspot
- Keep our lead pipeline healthy by making sure that we have enough fresh leads for the Lead Lead Dev Team
- Spread awareness about Sprout events, promos, and campaigns through posting on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Help in identifying opportunities for the improvement of processes, workflows, and systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s best practices, strategies, and offerings in Lead Generation
- Develop a strong understanding of products, competition, industry, and Lead Generation goals and objectives
- Participate in brainstorming and propose new ideas for Lead Generation campaigns
- Highly attentive and can work on multiple projects
- Able to work independently
- Able to work at all levels within a target prospect account, from associate to C-level
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Development Manager
- 1+ years of experience in Lead Generation or similar roles
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Social media savvy - must be familiar with major social media networks
- Tech-savvy - must be adaptive in learning various software and tools
- Willing to learn new things and be trained
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
- Confident self-starter with the ability to connect technological advantages to business goals
- The ability to succeed with limited supervision
- A positive and professional can-do attitude
- Sound business judgment, integrity, and commitment to excellence
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
