We are an office-based virtual assistant company bringing personalized service to the insurance industry, with solutions supporting insurance Agencies, MGA’s, Carriers, Insurtechs and Networks.

- Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
- Performing project-based work as assigned.
- Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
- Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
- Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.
- Managing and maintaining executives’ schedules and appointments.
- Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Comfortable working in U.S. business hours (night shift PH)
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
