Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Victoria Skin Laser Care Center Inc.
- Ensure clinic processes are followed in accordance with company standards and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement operational protocols and service workflows for efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical/aesthetic supplies and equipment.
- Supervise and lead derma and aesthetic personnel, including dermatologists, aestheticians, therapists, and support staff.
- Conduct regular training, evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused work culture.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality aesthetic and dermatological services.
- Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement and monitor customer satisfaction programs and service feedback systems.
- Work closely with senior management to develop business strategies, sales targets, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., patient volume, sales targets, treatment conversion rates).
- Recommend service enhancements and new aesthetic treatments based on trends and demand.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date licensing, certifications, and records for the clinic and staff.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH), FDA, and other regulatory bodies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on clinic performance, operational concerns, and patient feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to executive management based on operational trends and industry benchmarks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or any related field (preferably with clinical background).
- At least 5 years of experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinic operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proficient in clinic management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledgeable in dermatology/aesthetic procedures, skincare products, and customer care best practices.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
