Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview: This in-office position will be based in the Oakridge Business Park in Mandaue City. iTeraSOURCE Philippines is the local office for iTeraTEL Communications, a Canada-based full-service Cloud Phone and Internet provider specializing in custom solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Recruitment for the position will be during October and November with an in person interview in December. The position will start January 2nd, 2025

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our company. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic lead generation initiatives, ultimately expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and engage target customers.
• Utilize email marketing, social media, and other digital tactics to generate high-quality leads.
• Work collaboratively with the operations and sales team to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance lead generation effectiveness.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and results driven.

• Proficiency in HubSpot preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in lead generation within the business-to-business telecom industry

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and lead generation techniques.
