Location / Shift Angeles Office, Mid Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description As a Lead Generation Specialist, you are expected to develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients. You will also have to conduct research and analyze target markets to effectively reach out to new leads. Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects through various channels including email, social media, and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion processes and tactics.
  • Create and present reports on lead generation performance and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation or a related field, preferably in IT or services.
  • Strong understanding of different lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A self-motivated, proactive approach with a passion for achieving results.
