The Lead for Digital Innovation acts as the voice of the business and voice of the customer for a component of the customer journey, representing and driving business needs across multiple delivery teams to ensure business and end-user satisfaction. This role contributes to the realization of Value Stream strategy, vision, and OKRs by aligning and prioritizing business goals with actionable results. Brings a strategic view to manage tactical delivery of products or product components, aligned to the value stream and segment priorities. The role will report directly to the Chief Corporate Solutions and Alternative Distribution Officer and will work closely with other stakeholders for Corporate Solutions.

Position Responsibilities
- Drives the strategy, planning, prioritization decisions and delivery of key capabilities aligned to the Value Stream customer journey, including features
- Collaborates closely with PDCS business teams and other business units to achieve business priorities & initiative.
- Graduate of bachelor's degree
- Team management
- Product Owners and/or Domain Lead experience, as appropriate
- Understand flow of work from intake to release with an eye toward optimizing squad work in progress, clearly communicating priorities for upcoming work, and maintaining alignment to value stream level OKRs
- Solid coaching mindset and abilities, enabling team members in defining solutions, and delivering to outcomes
- Engagement of squad members to collaborate, promote ownership and accountability of tasks, and maintain continuous improvement mindset
- Stakeholder management and communication skills in defining outcomes, communicating progress, and facilitating planning meetings
- Strong level of knowledge and understanding of area of practice
- Strong knowledge of the business, with previous, active role as a Product Owner/Manager strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital enterprise enablement technologies and practices
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a business and/or business analyst role
