Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Lead Data Analyst.

What The Role Will Entail
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key performance indicators.
- Identify and segment customer profiles to support tailored loan offerings and optimize product portfolio profitability.
- Evaluate acquisition and marketing campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor market trends and customer behavior using statistical tools to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Partner with product managers to benchmark offerings against competitors and market demands.
- Support marketing efforts through targeted audience analysis, conversion optimization, and campaign performance insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS reporting, or CRM, with a minimum of 2 years in banking, fintech, or telco industries.
- Highly proficient in Excel and analytical tools.
- Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, or similar programming languages.
- Experience in consumer loan products preferred; experience in digital banking is a strong advantage.
