Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Influence Reach and E-commerce Distributor Manager to lead and manage relationships with aggregators and e-commerce distributors. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of supply, payment, financial analysis, sales, and category plans through cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Influence Reach and E-commerce Distributor Manager to lead and manage relationships with aggregators and e-commerce distributors. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of supply, payment, financial analysis, sales, and category plans through cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggregator & Distributor Management: Manage day-to-day operations and strategic partnerships with e-commerce aggregators and distributors. Ensure alignment on sales targets, supply chain efficiency, and payment terms.
- Sales & KPI Growth: Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs by identifying growth opportunities, optimizing product visibility, and executing promotional strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s direction and market trends. Translate insights into actionable plans to accelerate growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Channels, Business Units, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure cohesive execution of plans and timely resolution of issues.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Influence stakeholders to align with company goals and drive mutual success.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Provide regular updates and visibility to internal teams on performance metrics, financial analysis, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
