Role

In this role, your mission is to lead and empower the customer service team while ensuring top-quality support. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Supervising team performance to uphold high service standards
  • Handling escalated customer inquiries with advanced problem-solving
  • Mentoring and training staff to boost team efficiency
  • Monitoring customer interactions and delivering quality feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Implementing best practices to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with management on performance metrics and improvements


This Role Is for You If…

  • You have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You possess a customer service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • You have at least 6 months of call center experience, preferably in telecommunications
  • You are open to fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills
  • You can work holidays, weekends, and night shifts onsite in IT Park
