Lead Auditor

About the Role:

We are hiring a Lead Auditor / Technical Reviewer with strong expertise in ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001). This role involves remote auditing with occasional onsite presence. You will be responsible for reviewing audit report packs to ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, environment, and accreditation standards. Your work will support internal and external audits and quality assurance processes across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review audit reports to ensure audits comply with established procedural, accreditation, and second-party audit requirements
• Verify audit outputs are technically sound and support audit team recommendations
• Raise and communicate queries constructively to relevant teams
• Ensure timely review in line with KPIs
• Use audit IT applications effectively (e.g., CertIQ, Digiapp)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of management system standards and accreditation procedures
• Adhere to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy policies, ensuring workplace safety and emergency preparedness
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• University degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Quality, Environmental, or Occupational Safety & Health management systems
• Completion of at least two Lead Auditor courses for QEHS management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and/or 45001)
• IRCA Certification preferred
• Experience in external and internal audits is an advantage
• Additional certifications like NEBOSH or similar are a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Meticulous attention to detail and high integrity
