About The Role

We are seeking an L&D Operations Manager to build and optimize the systems and processes that support our global learning programs. In this role, you will ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives, monitor program effectiveness, and implement scalable solutions to grow our workforce capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Establish operational frameworks for the L&D function, including tools, systems, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Training Team to implement leadership, technical, and professional development programs.
  • Monitor program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs.
  • Analyze program data and metrics to recommend improvements and optimize learning outcomes.
  • Manage learning platforms (LMS, assessments, dashboards) and support data integrity.
  • Work closely with department heads and HR to integrate L&D initiatives across teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3+ years of experience in L&D operations or training management, preferably in BPO or high-volume remote environments.
  • Managerial experience overseeing learning programs or teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field is a plus.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with remote workforce training and scalable learning solutions.

Technical Requirements

  • Stable internet connection (DSL/Cable/Fiber) with backup (atleast 20mbps)
  • Laptop/Desktop (Core i5/Ryzen 5 minimum, 8GB RAM)
  • Reliable power source with backup plan or location
